BioBasically I'm a hillbilly transplant to Maryland. Born and bred in WV hills I'm a country boy at heart. I love the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, etc. I don't get to do as much as I used to but I hope to change that soon. I have a wonderful wife and a set of awesome kids, twins. Boy & a Girl. No they are not identical.
I am active in the SCA. I like the crafting and martial aspects (Heavy Fighting, Rapier, Archery) of the SCA. I am a member of House Sable Maul and live in the Barony of Dun Carraig. I am also active in Cowboy Action Shooting, where I go by the name of Cherokee Hillbilly. My other interests are listed below.
I have Black Belts in Seiei Kan (Ko Setumi Seiei Kan) and ITF Tae Kwon Do. I have dabbled in other martial arts, with lower ranking belts (or sashes) in Wu Style Tai Chi and JuJitsu. I love combat theory and learning new techniques.
I enjoy living in MD and have a house close to the water. As far as education goes I have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Control Systems Engineering. I have specialized training in Intelligent Systems and Software Development.
